- My purchase didn't arrive, what do I do?
- Open Settings → Purchase History in the app and tap Verify Purchases. The app re-checks your transactions with Apple and delivers anything missing. Still stuck? Email us with your Support ID.
- I reinstalled the app, where's my bankroll?
- Your credit balance is backed up automatically to iCloud. Make sure you're signed into the same iCloud account and the app will restore it within seconds of first launch.
- Is this real-money gambling?
- No. Credits are virtual items for entertainment only; they have no real-world value, can't be transferred or redeemed, and there is no cash-out of any kind.
- Is the game fair, or is it rigged?
